Sourcing of Materials
We will source Materials, Equipment, Valves and Instrumentation in line with the process specification and compile necessary component documentation.
Welding and Machining
Using trusted partners we will oversee the fabrication of components to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. Where required, welding will be completed by coded welders.
Finishing Processes
Using trusted partners we will specify and schedule mechanical polishing, passivation and electro polishing services to ensure the required component finish is achieved.
Build up, Inspection and Testing
At our works in Darwen Lancashire, we will build up assemblies and test them in accordance with specified standards. This includes surface testing, pressure/vacuum testing, NDT, Third party inspection and factory acceptance testing. Fabrications can be completed in accordance with EU and/or UK regulations.
